微生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选及培养条件的优化 被引量:4

摘要 从土壤和活性污泥中富集纯化出28株优势菌株,经过初筛、复筛,选出絮凝能力稳定高效的H14菌株。对其形态、生态环境、营养方面特征进行研究,分析了各种因素对其生长和产絮凝剂的影响。通过正交试验确定H14菌株的最佳培养条件:葡萄糖20 g/L、蛋白胨2.5 g/L、初始pH=7、温度28℃,平均絮凝率可达91.0%。 Twenty-eight dominant strains were obtained from soil and activated sludge. After screening and rescreening, H14 strain with stable flocculation ability was selected. The effects of morphology, ecological environment and nutrition aspects on the growth and production of flocculants were studied. The optimal culture conditions of H14 strain determined by orthogonal test were glucose was 20 g/L, peptone was 2.5 g/L, ini- tial pH was 7, temperature was 28℃. Under these conditions, averaQe flocculation rate was 91.0%.
