摘要 为了提高仪器仪表校准质量,运用全面质量管理方法对人、机、料、法、环等质控因素进行分析,针对主要质控点提出质控方法:对校准人员加强教育培训,对管理者加强监督;对校准设备按周期校准,开展计量考核,加强日常维修保养;仪器仪表加强维修,出厂前和验收时进行全性能检测;对校准方法建立标准体系,监视和监督校准过程;对校准环境进行监测和监督,满足校准要求。通过对5个主要质控因素的控制,实现了量值溯源传递的闭环管理,保证了仪器仪表量值传递的有效性和可控性。 In order to improve the quality of instrument calibration, the quality control factors of instrument calibration : calibration personnel, calibration equipment, calibration instrument, calibration method and calibration environment are analyzed by the total quality management, and some quality control measures are proposed: to strengthen the training of the calibration staff and the supervision of the managers; to calibrate the equipment according to the cycle, to carry out the metrologieal check, to strengthen the routine maintenance of the equipment; to strengthen the maintenance of the instruments and meters, to test the performance of them before delivery and during acceptance; to establish a standard calibration method system, to monitor calibration process; to monitor calibration environment to meet calibration requirements. The implementation of these measures realizes the closed-loop management of quantity value traceability and guarantees the validity and controllability of the quantity value transmission of instruments and meters.
