摘要 模拟等孔径射孔器在混凝土靶套管中的偏靠位置上射孔,可以真实地反映孔径变化情况。通过对等孔径射孔器、普通射孔器试验结果的对比分析,提出利用孔径相对偏差、相位孔径比和孔径相对标准偏差来评价等孔径射孔器的孔径一致程度,并给出了评价方法和评价指标,为等孔径射孔器的检验和评价奠定了基础,希望能为标准的制修订提供参考。 To simulate the perforation of constant diameter perforator in concrete target easing can really reflect the size change of perforated holes. Through comparative analysis of the test results of constant diameter perforator with conventional perforator, it is suggested that the relative deviation of perforated hole diameter, phase hole diameter ratio and ratio and the relative standard deviation of hole diameter are used as the parameters for evaluating the consistency of the perforated holes, and the evaluation method and the evaluation indexes are presented, which lays a foundation for the inspection and evaluation of constant diameter perforator, and is hoped to provide reference for the setting and revision of the related standards.
