摘要
阐述了当电潜泵井电潜泵实际转速不同于试验转速时对所设计的泵级数的校正方法。该校正计算是在选定电潜泵和电机类型(进而已知电潜泵特性曲线和电机特性曲线)后进行的。首先计算机组的实际转速,再通过迭代在电机输出功率收敛并达到设定误差要求时计算泵所能产生的实际扬程。当泵所能达到的实际扬程小于所要求的扬程时,需要对所设计的泵级数进行校正,即需要增加泵级数,以满足设计产量的要求。给出了校正泵级数的实例,计算结果为泵应该增加4级。
The correction method of the design series of electric submersible pump is expounded when its actual speed is different from its test speed. The correction calculation is carried out after the types of electric submersible pump and motor are determined (known as the characteristic curves of electric submersible pump and motor). First of all, calculate the actual speed of the machine group, and then calculate the actual lift of the pump when the output power of the motor is convergent by iteration and meets the setting error require- ment. When the calculated lift of the pump is less than the required lift, it is necessary to correct the design series of the pump, that is, the pump series need to be increased to meet the requirements of the design yield of oil well.
