摘要 在LXC252SCV型双系统电脑横机上编织6种全成形针织物组织,利用电子纱线张力仪测量编织过程中的纱线张力,分析纱线张力测试仪原理及测试方法。通过改变编织速度、侧天线张力、织物密度、织物组织、牵拉张力等工艺参数,探讨各工艺参数对纱线张力的影响。结果表明,采用电脑横机编织全成形针织物时,纱线张力主要与编织速度、侧天线张力正相关;织物密度减小、牵拉张力增大使纱线张力略有增加;编织不同织物组织时,纱线张力变化较小。 Six kinds of fully-fashioned knitted fabrics were knitted on a LXC252SCV dual system computerized fiat knitting machine,and yarn tensions in knitting process were measured by using the electronic tension-meter. By changing the process parameters such as knitting speed, side antenna tension, fabric density and taking-up ten- sion, the effects of process parameters and fabric patterns on yarn tension were discussed. The results show that, using computer fiat knitting machine knitting fully fashioned knitted fabric the yarn tension in knitting process is positively correlated with speed of knitting, side antenna tension and fabric density; while fabric density decreases or taking-up tension increases, yarn tension rises slightly, and for different fabric structures, yarn tension varies in- significantly.
