摘要 结合针织组织流行趋势,基于挑孔组织的效果特点,采用电脑横机技术,分别在7针/25.4 mm的Shima Seiki NSIG 122全自动电脑横机上设计开发3款新型挑孔组织针织面料。以现代建筑物和中国民间传统建筑装饰为灵感源,分别以律动、格纹、窗棂为主题开发挑孔织物,详细阐述研发思路和编织原理,包括花型设计和试样编织,并将开发的面料应用到毛衫设计中,强调创新和技术在产品研发中的重要性,为毛衫产品的开发提供参考。 In terms of the popular trend of the knitted structure, three kinds of new pattern knitted fabrics were designed on the 7G Shima Seiki NSIG 122 fully automatic computerized flat knitting machine based on the charac- teristics of the pointells structure. In this paper, the pointells fabrics were developed rhythm-themed, plaid-themed and window lattice-themed inspired by the decorations of modern architecture and traditional buildings. In addition, the design idea and knitting principle were introduced in terms of pattern design and sample fabric knitting, and the designed fabric was applied to sweaters. The paper emphasized the importance of the innovation and technology in the product development, which provides the reference for the development of the sweaters.
