铺布机远程故障诊断系统设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 针对全自动铺布机故障诊断技术,采用GPRS无线通信模块(DTP-S09F),设计一种分布式远程故障诊断系统,并对该系统的整体框架、原理,基于产生式规则的故障诊断推理算法,以及故障诊断终端程序进行分析。结果表明,该系统具有远程监控、故障诊断及报警、停机等多种功能,并且运行可靠、操作简单,能有效地对铺布机进行远程故障诊断,能够满足铺布机现场工作的要求。 In terms of the fault diagnosis system for cloth spreading machine, a distributed remote fault diagno- sis system was designed, which based on the GPRS wireless communication module (DTP-S09F). It also analyzed the overall framework, running principles, reasoning algorithm of fault diagnostic based on production rule and the terminal systems of diagnosis in the designed system. The results show that the system can not only run reliably and operate easily, but also operate the remote fault diagnosis of spreading machines effectively, which can meet the requirements of the field work for spreading machines.
