质量控制图在织物禁用偶氮染料检验中的应用

Application of the Quality Control Chart in the Determination of Banned Azo Colorants in Textile

利用±3σ控制限,将质量控制图应用于纺织品禁用偶氮染料检验项目的检验过程质量控制,对内标物质萘-d8响应值及质控样检出物2,4-二氨基甲苯、4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷响应值测试数据进行了分析、计算和绘图,通过对图中各点的监测,来保障检测结果的准确性和可靠性,并及时发现分析误差的异常变化或变化趋势。结果表明,质量控制图能直观并及时有效地控制纺织品禁用偶氮染料测定的分析质量,确保分析结果准确可靠,使操作工序处于稳定或受控的状态。

In this paper, quality control chart was applied to the textile certain aromatic amines derived from banned AZO colorants testing. After the quality of data acquisition, the testing process quality control was carried out, and application to the banned AZO colorants testing analysis by the theory of 3σ. In order to effectively carry on the internal quality control, the quality control samples were tested. The response of the internal standard Naph- thalene-d8 and the common detection objects 2,4-tolulenediamine 4,4-diaminobiphenylmehane, was collected. The relevant technical indices were worked out by using mathematical statistics in order to prepare the quality control charts for determining the banned azo colorants. The results show that the quality control chart can directly control the quality analysis of banned azo colorants testing to ensure analysis results accurate and reliable.
