摘要
采用超快速液相色谱-电喷雾三重四极串联质谱法对棉织物中11种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留进行了定量分析。优化了质谱测试条件和样品处理条件,测试了该方法的线性范围和检出限,验证了该方法的准确度和精密度。结果表明,采用超快速液相色谱-电喷雾三重四极串联质谱法对棉织物中11种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留进行定量分析是可行的,该方法的检出限为0.04~0.20μg/kg,在1.00、5.00和40.00μg/kg3个水平进行添加回收试验,平均回收率在83.9%~105.2%。
An ultra-fast liquid chromatography electrospary ion source triple/tandem mass spectrometry was estab- lished for quantitative determination of 11 classes of earbamate pesticides in cotton fabric samples. Mass spectrome- try conditions and sample preparing conditions were optimized, the linear range and detection limit of the method were tested, and the accuracy and precision of the method were verified. The results show that the quantitative analysis of 11 carbamate pesticides in cotton fabric by UFLC-MS/MS is feasible. The detection limit was from 0.04 μg/kg to 0.20 μg/kg, and the reeovey is between 83.9%~105.2% at the levels of 1.00, 5.00 and 40.00 μg/kg.
