在全球化的进程中,中国国际移民群体成为世界上最大的海外移民群体。以加拿大华人社团为研究对象,从华人社团组织与移民融入之间的关系和作用机制出发探讨华人如何适应和融入移居国。一方面,华人社团组织为华人提供生活上的援助,帮助他们解决社会关系的纠纷,更为其提供谋生技能和培训从而获得更好的移民生活。另一方面,华人对华人社区组织的归属感和信任促使组织的发展和完善,在发展过程中,不断探寻新的治理模式、运营结构和发展方向,为华人融入、传播中华文化、维护合法权益等方面做出巨大贡献,华人社团组织也因此成为加拿大社会组织中不可或缺的部分。华人社团作为"利益共同体",对华人的社会融入起到了重要的作用。

In the process of globalization, the international immigrants of China have become the largest over- seas immigrant groups around the world. In this study, the Canadian Chinese organizations are studied as research objec, t. From the perspective of the relationship and mechanism between the Chinese organizations and immigrants, we discuss how Chinese people adapt and integrate into the country of immigration. On the one hand, the Canadian Chinese organizations provide assistance to the lives of Chinese immigrants, helping them solve social disputes and providing them with essential skills and training to help them lead a better life. On the other hand, the sense of be- hinging and the sense of trust to the Chinese organizations promote the development and improvement of the organi- zations. In the process of development, Canadian Chinese organizations are constantly exploring new governance models, operational structures and development directions, making great contributions to the integration of Chinese immigrants, the dissemination of Chinese culture, and the protection of legitimate rights and interests. Therefore, Canadian Chinese organizations have become an indispensable part of Canadian social organizations. As a ＂commu- nity of interests＂ , the Canadian Chinese organizations play an important role in the social integration of Chinese im- migrants.
