Construction of a Corpus on Refugees Discourse in the Refugees Crisis

分析欧洲难民话语、探究隐藏于话语背后的思想意识和社会形态变化,为国际移民组织成员国的中国在其制订未来的难民政策有着重要的意义。运用数据分析,理清话语分析与语料库关系,提出建设难民话语语料库的构想,主要是通过语料采集、清洗和标注等具体步骤,初拟难民话语语料库的架构,最终形成一个基本的语料库模型。此语料库模型既能运用于案例分析,又能为后续利用语料库技术进行难民问题研究打下理论模型基础。

With the situation of refugee crisis in Europe further intensified, the global migration management is facing unprecedented challenges. China has become a member of the International Organization for Migration. Meanwhile, there are more and more research on the refugees problems home and abroad, which is accompanied by series of social problems. An analysis of the discourse of refugees to explore the ideology and social changes behind it has now an important role for China as a member of the IOM in the future to make policy and for immigration gov-ernance. This paper researches the relation of a corpus with discourse analysis. It shows how to gather, wash and annotate the linguistic materials, and finally discusses the construction and use of the corpus of refugees discourse with examples. It aims primarily at building a basic model of corpus for the later study of the refugees problems.
