In January 2015, the shooting accident of Hebdomataire Charlie in France is the prologue of a series of terrorist attacks in Europe even in the world. In this article, with the criminals in the ten＇orist attacks as a case, we will analyze the characteristics of their ethnic group, discuss the North African migrant＇s impact on European so- ciety, and reveal the immigration policy mistakes of the French government, in order to, in the international terror- ist shadow, starting from the cases, conduct a objective and comprehensive analysis of this special ethnic group, and with a view of stabilizing the international situation, provide the analytical basis for the instructive strategic pol- icy.
