摘要
对近十年刊登在国内主要社科类期刊上(其中包括11种英语类核心期刊)英语教师专业发展的文章统计分析后得出:研究数量呈缓慢上升趋势,研究内容多集中在概念的澄清和发展途径的探索上,研究对象主要是高等教育阶段和在职阶段的教师。这种倾向性导致了该方面的研究在范围、内容和深度上都存在着一定的问题,因此未来英语教师专业发展会由静态研究转向动态提升、发展的因素由外部因素转向内驱动力、途径由传统模式转向以教育信息化为基础的模式。
This paper analyses the articles about teachers" professional development which were published in major domestic journals in the past ten years. The findings are concluded as follows. The number of articles increa- ses steadily. The research content focuses on clarifying the definitions and the ways for teachers/professional devel- opment, and the research object eentres upon college teachers and mid - career teachers. There are still some pro- blenls in current researeh, such as scope, content and depth, so the future developing trend will change from static approach to dynamic development, from external factors to internal factor and from traditional model to the model based on educational informationization.
