基于模糊计算的小城镇土地可持续利用评价——以锦屏县为例

摘要 采用模糊综合评价法,从资源、经济、社会和环境4个角度构建评价指标体系,运用隶属度对贵州省锦屏县2011-2015年土地资源利用情况进行综合评价。结果表明,锦屏县土地可持续性由2011年的基本可持续转变为2013年的中度可持续,最后到2015年转变为可持续状态,研究期内锦屏县土地利用水平有着显著的提高,一直处于一个稳定可持续发展的状态,但因生态环境较为脆弱,对土地科技水平与研发投入不高,总体还处于一个略低的水平,还需进一步更新土地新型利用方式,以确保土地可持续利用。 The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the evaluation index system from the four perspectives of resource, economy, society and environment, using the degree of membership to evaluate the utilization of land resources in Jinping County of Guizhou Province from 2011 to 2015. The results show that the sustainability of land in Jinping County has changed from a basic sustainable transition in 2011 to a moderate sustainability in 2013 and a transition to a sustainable state by 2015. During the study period, the land use level of Jinping County has been improved remarkably, which has been in a stable and sustainable development state. However, due to the fragile ecological environment, the land science and technology level and R & D investment is not high, the overall is still at a slightly lower level, There is a need to further update the new land use patterns to ensure sustainable land use.
