大学与中小学合作培养教师机制探析

摘要 大学与中小学合作是培养高质量教师最理性的选择和有效途径。通过对大学与中小学合作培养教师机制方面的分析,发现存在如下问题:中小学合作的意愿不强;相关政策支持力度不够;中小学参与合作的权利和义务不清。分析了存在问题的主要原因:对合作重要性认识不足;政府引导和推动作用的缺失;相关法律法规的缺失。进而提出了相应的对策和改革建议:提高中小学参与合作的积极性;制定相关优惠政策;完善法律法规,明确权利义务。 Collaboration between university - school is the most rational choice and effective way to train high quality teachers. Based on the university - school to training teachers in the mechanism analysis, we find the following problems: collaboration in school is not strong; relevant policy support is not enough ; participation in collaboration rights and obligations are not clearly defined. The present situation is attributed to the following factors: the lack of knowledge of the importance of collaboration ; the lack of government guidance and promotion ; the lack of relevant laws and regulations. Then we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and reform proposals: enhance the enthusiasm of school to participate in collaboration; formulate relevant preferential policies; perfect laws and regulations, clearly define rights and obligations.
