低频重复经颅磁刺激与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的效果及不良反应的比较

Comparison on the Effect and Adverse Reactions of Low Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation and Risperidone in the Treatment of First-Episode Schizophrenia

目的探讨低频重复经颅磁刺激与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的效果及不良反应。方法选取我院2016年3月至2016年6月收治的80例首发精神分裂症患者,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采用利培酮治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用低频重复经颅磁刺激治疗。治疗4周后,观察两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的CGI评分和PANSS评分均下降,而研究组的CGI评分和PANSS评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低频重复经颅磁刺激联合利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症患者具有较好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect and adverse reactions of low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and risperidone in the treatment of first-episode schizophrenia. Methods 80 cases of patients with first-episode schizophrenia admitted ro our hospital from March 2016 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with risperidone, while the study group received low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on the basis of control group. After 4-week treatment, the treatment effect and incidence of adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the CGI scores and PANSS scores of two groups decreased, but the CGI score and PANSS score were significantly lower than those of control group （both P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Low frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation and risperidone have better effect in the treatment of patients with first-episode schizophrenia.
