鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉鼻窦炎的疗效分析

Analysis on the Curative Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in the Treatment of Nasal Polyps and Sinusitis

目的探讨采用鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉鼻窦炎的疗效。方法选取我院2011年5月至2015年5月收治的60例鼻息肉鼻窦炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用传统根治术治疗,观察组采用鼻内镜手术治疗。随访1年,观察两组患者的疗效、复发率和并发症情况。结果治疗后,观察组的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血过多、上颌窦开口狭窄、鼻腔粘连发生率及复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜手术治疗鼻息肉鼻窦炎,并发症少,且疗效显著,复发率低,值得推广。

Objective To explore the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of nasal polyps and sinusitis. Methods 60 cases of patients with nasal polyps and sinusitis admitted to our hospital from May 2011 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received traditional radical surgery, while the observation group received endoscopic sinus surgery. Following up for 1 year, the curative effect, recurrence rate and complications of two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidences of intraoperative excessive bleeding, maxillary sinus stenosis and nasal adhesion and recurrence rate of observation group were all significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of nasal polyps and sinusitis has few complications, significant curative effect and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of promotion.
