多模态MR与CT小肠造影诊断小肠肿瘤性疾病的对比观察

Comparative Observation of Multimodal MR and CT Enterography in the Diagnosis of Small Intestinal Neoplasms

目的研究采用多模态MR与CT小肠造影诊断小肠肿瘤性疾病的临床价值。方法选取我院2012年3月至2016年8月期间收治的58例小肠肿瘤性疾病患者,行多模态MR与CT小肠造影检查,分析多模态MR与CT小肠造影对小肠肿瘤性疾病的诊断价值。结果病理检测结果显示,十二指肠13例,近端空肠11例,远端空肠11例,近端回肠16例,远端回肠7例。CT、MR检查仅在近端回肠的灵敏度、NPV以及诊断率上有差异,但差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多模态MR与CT小肠造影对小肠肿瘤性疾病的诊断率均较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of multimodal MR and CT enterography in the diagnosis of small intestinal neoplasms. Methods 58 cases of patients with small intestinal neoplasms admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to August 2016 admitted to our hospital were selected and given multimodal MR and CT enterography. The diagnostic value of multimodal MR and CT enterography in mall intestinal neoplasms was analyzed. Results The pathological examination result showed that there were 13 cases of duodenum, 11 cases of proximal jejunum, 11 cases of distal jejunum, 16 cases of proximal ileum and 7 cases of distal ileum. CT and MR examination were only different in sensitivity, NPV and diagnostic rate of proximal ileal, but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions Both multimodal MR and CT enterography have high diagnostic rate in small intestinal neoplasms, which are worthy of clinical promotion and application.
