Objective To explore the correlation between outcome of postpartum blood pressure and CGRP and IGF-1 in hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy (HDCP). Methods 68 cases of HDCP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to March 2016 were selected and divided into group A (blood pressure returning to normal, 38 cases) and group B (blood pressure not returning to normal, 30 cases) according to the patients' outcome of blood pressure 40 d after delivery. The serum CGRP and IGF-1 levels on first admission day and 40 d after delivery were compared between two groups. Results No statistical difference was found in the CGRP and IGF-1 levels on first admission day between two groups (P〉0.05). 40 d after delivery, the CGRP and IGF-1 levels of group A were higher than those of group B (P 〈0.05). Pearson correlative analysis showed that the CGRP and IGF-1 levels had significant negative correlation with the HDCP outcome of postpartum blood pressure (P〈0.05). Conclusions The CGRP and IGF-1 levels have negative correlation with the postpartum blood pressure of HDCP patients. Positively monitoring and improving CGRP and IGF-1 levels can help to predict patients' postpartum prognosis, improve the outcome of blood pressure and promote maternal and child health.
