基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂和转化生长因子-β1在中鼻甲息肉中的表达

Expressions of Matrix Metalloproteinase, Its Inhibitors and Transforming Growth Factor-β1 in Middle Nasal Polyps

目的研究中鼻甲息肉中MMPs、TIMPs和TGF-β1的表达情况。方法选取我院2015年12月至2016年6月收治的20例复发性中鼻甲息肉患者(复发组)和20例初发性中鼻甲息肉患者(初发组),另选取正常鼻黏膜者20例作为对照组。经手术病理取其鼻息肉组织,并采用免疫组化SP法检测三组的MMP-1及其TIMP-1和TGF-β1的表达情况。结果复发组的MMP-1和TGF-β1表达水平高于初发组,初发组则高于对照组(P均<0.05);三组的TIMP-1表达水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组的MMP-1、TGF-β1阳性表达率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组的TIMP-1阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-1、TGF-β1在中鼻甲息肉中的表达阳性率较高,尤其是复发性中鼻甲息肉。MMP-1、TGF-β1可作为中鼻甲息肉预后的判断指标。

Objective To study the MMPs, TIMPs and TGF-β1 expressions in middle nasal polyps. Methods 20 cases of patients with recurrent middle nasal polyps （recurrent group） and 20 cases of patients with primary middle nasal polyps （primary group） admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to July 2016 were selected, and another 20 people with normal nasal mucosa were selected as control group. Their nasal polyps tissues were taken by surgical pathology, and the M MP-1, TIMP-1 and TGF-β1 expressions were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results The MMP-1 and TGF-β1 expression levels of recurrent group were higher than those of primary group, and the MMP-1 and TGF-β1 expression levels of primary group were higher than those of control group （all P 〈0.05）. No statistical difference was found in the TIMP-1 expression level among three groups （P 〉0.05）. Statistical difference was found in the positive expression rates of MMP-1 and TGF-β1 among three groups （P 〈0.05）, but not found in the positive expression rate of TIMP-1 （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions The positive expression rates of MMP-1 and TGF-β1 in middle nasal polyps are higher, especially in recurrent middle nasal polyps. The MMP-1 and TGF-β1 can be used as the judging indicators for prognosis of middle nasal polyps.
