喂食指导与吞咽功能训练对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的影响

Effects of Feeding Instruction and Swallowing Function Training on Dysphagia of Stroke Patients

目的分析喂食指导和吞咽功能训练对脑卒中患者吞咽障碍的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年12月收治的70例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者,随机分为观察组(34例)和对照组(36例)。对照组采取针灸、低频治疗等常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行喂食指导和吞咽功能训练。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果与干预前比较,两组患者干预后2周、4周、8周的饮水试验评分均有所降低,且观察组的饮水试验评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的总有效率为85.29%,明显高于对照组的55.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中吞咽障碍患者在常规护理干预基础上进行喂食指导和吞咽功能训练,能够有效改善其临床症状,促进恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of feeding instruction and swallowing function training intervention on dysphagia of stroke patients. Methods 70 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （34 cases） and control group （36 cases）. The control group received routine nursing intervention of acupuncture and low frequency treatment, while the observation group received feeding instruction and swallowing function training on the basis of control group. The nursing effects were compared between two groups. Results Compared with those before intervention, the scores of drinking water test of both groups decreased at 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after intervention, and the scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. After intervention, the total effective rate of observation group was 85.29%, significantly higher than 55.56% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Feeding instruction and swallowing function training intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention on stroke patients with dysphagia can improve their clinical symptoms and promote the recovery, which is worthy of promotion and application.
