流程再造在日间择期手术治疗中的应用研究

Study on Process Reengineering in the Application of Daytime Selective Surgery

目的探讨流程再造在日间择期手术治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院日间首台择期手术进行流程再造前(对照组)及流程再造后(观察组)各100例患者,比较两组患者的手术相关指标、时间点、患者的满意度等。结果观察组的手术室护士处理时间、首台手术开始时间、麻醉开始及完成时间、手术医师到手术室时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的焦虑自评量表评分、收缩压、舒张压、心率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的健康教育知晓率和满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流程再造能显著缩短日间择期手术的首台手术开始时间,保障后续手术顺利开展,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the application value of process reengineering in daytime selective surgery. Methods 100 cases of patients with first daytime selective surgery before process reengineering in our hospital were selected as control group, and 100 cases of patients after process reengineering were selected as observation group. The relative surgical indicators, time points and patients＇ satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The theatre nurse processing time, first surgery starting time, anesthesia starting and finishing time and time for surgeons arriving at the operation room of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The score of self rating anxiety scale, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The health education awareness rate and satisfaction degree of observation group were significantly higher than those ＆control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Process reengineering can significantly shorten the first surgery starting time of daytime selective surgery and ensure the smooth follow-up operation, which has higher value of clinical promotion.
