摘要
利用过氧化甲乙酮/环烷酸钴、过氧化甲乙酮/异辛酸钴、过氧化苯甲酰/N,N-二甲基苯胺和过氧化甲乙酮/异辛酸钴/N,N-二甲基苯胺作为固化体系,研究了双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂196D的室温固化性能,结果表明:1)过氧化甲乙酮/异辛酸钴/N,N-二甲基苯胺固化体系应用于DCPD型不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)196D固化成型,放热峰温度(144.5℃)高,固化快(固化时间与凝胶时间差为5.1 min),树脂浇铸体硬度高(巴氏硬度为37),满足施工工艺和标准GB/T 8237-2005要求;2)固化体系中DMA的最佳用量为0.5%~0.9%.
Using the curing systems of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide(MEKP)/cobaltous naphthenate, MEKP/cobalt isocaprylate, benzoyl peroxide(BPO)/N, N-Dimethylaniline(DMA), and MEKP/cobalt isocaprylate/DMA, the curing properties of dicyclopentadiene(DCPD) unsaturated polyester resin(UPR)196D are studied. The experimental results show: 1) When the curing system of MEKP/cobalt isocaprylate/N, N-DMA is used in the curing of DCPD unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) 196D, the exothermic peak temperature is higher (144.5℃); the curing is faster(The time difference between curing and gel time is 5.1min.); the hardness of resin casting body is greater(The Barcol hardness is 37.); it meets the requirements of construction technology and standard GB/T8237-2005. 2) The optimum dosage of DMA in the curing system is 0.5% - 0.9%.
