摘要 采用氯丁橡胶(CR)与三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为耐高温输送带覆盖胶,通过不同配方设计,着重研究了覆盖胶的耐热性能.探讨了CR和白炭黑配比及防老剂种类对共混物力学性能和耐热老化性能的影响.结果表明:CR与EPDM共混比为10/90,白炭黑用量为20份,防老体系为4010NA和DNP共用时,胶料具有良好的耐热耐老化性能. Taking EPDM and CR blends as high-temperature-resistant belt cover, the heat-resisting properties of the cover are studied through different formulation designs. The influence of mixture ratio of CR, white carbon black and antioxidant on the mechanical properties and heat-resisting properties are discussed. The results show that when the ratio of CR:EPDM is 10:90, the potion of white carbon black is 20, and 4010NA are combined with DNP, the belt cover material has better heat-resisting and aging-resisting properties.
