摘要 传统体育教学模式存在着重视运动技术学习,忽视兴趣习惯培养、教学内容缺乏灵活性、教学评价单一等弊端.体育课程混合式教学具有直观展示教学内容、促进个性化学习、提高教学效率等优势.对此,基于混合式教学的相关理论,构建课前自主学习、课堂实操性学习、课后巩固拓展的体育课程混合式教学模式,并将此模式实施健美操教学中来. Traditional sports teaching mode has disadvantages of merely learning techniques and ignoring cultivating interest, of lacking flexibility in teaching content, of single teaching evaluation etc. The mixed teaching mode of physical education has the advantages of displaying the teaching content directly, of promoting individualized learning, of improving teaching efficiency, etc.. Thus, based on the relative theory of mixed teaching, the physical education teaching mode with before-class self-study, in-class practice and after-class consolidation the expansion is constructed. The mode is applied to aerobics teaching.
