大学生创新创业现状调查分析——以石家庄幼儿师范高等专科学校为例

Investigation and Analysis of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship——Taking Shijiazhuang Preschool Normal College as an example

大学生是大众创业、万众创新的生力军.通过以石家庄幼专大学生为对象,进行创新创业问卷调查和深度访谈,分析得出大部分学生支持创新创业并且对创新创业感兴趣甚至有一部分学生已经开始着手准备创业,但真正将创业想法付诸实践的却凤毛麟角.经验不足、资金短缺以及大学生对国家创新创业政策关注度不高,是影响大学生创新创业的主要因素.高校应为大学生创新创业教育和实践提供优质服务,改善大学生创业环境,提高大学生综合素质以及创新创业能力.

College students are a new force in public entrepreneurship and innovation. Taking Shijiazhuang young college students as the object of innovation and entrepreneurship questionnaire and interview, the analysis shows that most of the students support innovation and entrepreneurship and are interested in innovation or even part of the students have started to prepare for it. But real entrepreneurial ideas are rarely practiced. The lack of experience, the shortage of funds and the lack of attention of college students to the policies of national innovation and entrepreneurship are the main factors that affect college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship. Colleges and universities should provide excellent service for college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice, improve their entrepreneurial environment, improve their comprehensive quality and ability of innovation and entrepreneurship.
