消癌平注射液对二乙基亚硝胺复制肝癌模型大鼠血清IL-17水平影响研究

Effect of Xiaoaiping Injection on Serum IL-17 Level in Liver Cancer Model Rat Induced by Diethylnitrosamine

目的:探讨消癌平注射液对二乙基亚硝胺复制肝癌模型大鼠血清IL-17水平的影响。方法:选取Wistar雄性大80只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、苦参素组以及消癌平组,各20只。各组均给予二乙基亚硝胺溶液灌胃腹腔注射建立肝癌模型,并给予相应的药物治疗。对大鼠肿瘤体积,瘤重,抑瘤率及组织病理学形态,肝脏指数,脾脏指数,血清ALT、AST、GGT水平,血清细胞因子水平以及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平进行检测。结果:治疗后,与模型对照组比较,(1)各组大鼠肿瘤体积、瘤重较低,其中消癌平组<苦参素组(P<0.05);消癌平组抑瘤率高于苦参素组(P<0.05);(2)各组大鼠肝脏指数、脾脏指数较低,其中消癌平组<苦参素组(P<0.05);(3)各组大鼠血清ALT、AST、GGT水平较低,其中消癌平组<苦参素组(P<0.05);(4)各组大鼠血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α水平较低,其中消癌平组<苦参素组(P<0.05);各组大鼠血清IL-2水平较高,其中消癌平组>苦参素组(P<0.05);(5)各组大鼠外周血CD3+、CD4+T淋巴细胞亚群及CD4+/CD8+水平较高,其中消癌平组>苦参素组(P<0.05)。结论:消癌平注射液能够明显抑制二乙基亚硝胺复制肝癌模型大鼠肿瘤生长,能降低肝脏指数、脾脏指数,改善大鼠肝功能,降低大鼠血清IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α水平,提高血清IL-2水平,提高免疫功能。

Objective：To analysis the effect of Xiaoaiping Injection on serum IL-17 level in liver cancer model rat induced by diethylnitrosamine. Methods：Eighty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Oxymatrine group and Xiaoaiping group,each with 20 cases. Liver cancer rat model were established by intragastric administration of diethylnitrosamine in each group,and were given corresponding drug treatment. The rat tumor size,tumor weight,tumor inhibition rate and pathological histology,liver index,spleen index,serum ALT,AST,GGT levels,serum cytokine levels and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets levels were detected. Results：After treatment,compared with model control group,（1）the tumor size and tumor weight of the rats in each group were lower,Xiaoaiping groupOxymatrine group;the tumor inhibition rate of Xiaoaiping group was higher than that of Oxymatrine group（P〈0.05）;（2）the liver index and spleen index in each group were lower,Xiaoaiping groupOxymatrine group（P〈0.05）;（3）the serum ALT,AST,GGT levels in each group were lower,Xiaoaiping groupOxymatrine group（P〈0.05）;（4）the serum IL-17,IL-6,TNF-α levels in each group were lower,Xiaoaiping groupOxymatrine group（P〈0.05）;the serum IL-2 levels in each group were higher,Xiaoaiping groupOxymatrine group（P〈0.05）;（5）the peripheral blood CD3＋,CD4＋ T lymphocyte subsets and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ levels were higher in each group,Xiaoaiping groupOxymatrine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Xiaoaiping Injection can effectively inhibit tumor growth in liver cancer model rat induced by diethylnitrosamine,can reduce the liver index and spleen index,improve liver function in rats,reduce the levels of serum IL-17,IL-6,TNF-α in rats,and improve the levels of serum IL-2,improve immune function.
