从络病论治慢性肾病蛋白尿理论基础及研究进展

Theoretical Basis and Research Progress of Chronic Nephropathy Proteinuria According to the Collateral Disease Theory

运用络病理论,结合络脉的结构和功能,联系蛋白尿产生的病因,探讨络病与蛋白尿的相关性,认为蛋白尿的病位在肾络,属本虚标实之证,肾络亏虚为本,邪气壅滞肾络为标,"不通"是络病病变的共性。因此,运用络病理论治疗蛋白尿,应采用不同的通络方法,如补虚通络、祛风通络、清热通络、化瘀通络,并将"通络"贯穿于治疗蛋白尿的始终。

To apply the theory of collateral disease to explore the relationship between collateral disease and proteinuria,combined with the structure and function of collaterals and associated with the pathogeny of proteinuria. It is believed that proteinuria located in the kidney venation is the syndrome of difficiency inorigin and excess in superficiality,kidney collateral deficiency is defined as original cause while congealing is the superficial cause,the general characteristics of collateral diseases is collaterals obstruction. Therefore,combined with the theory of collateral disease in the treatment of proteinuria,different methods such as Buxu and Tongluo,Qufeng and Tongluo,Qingre and Tongluo,Huayu and Tongluo,and Tongluo should be adopted as a therapeutic method in the process of proteinuria.
