支原体肺炎患儿应用阿奇霉素联合中医辨证分型治疗临床应用价值研究

Clinical Application of Azithromycin Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:观察中医辨证分型结合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法:随机选取2015年1月—2016年1月于我院就诊的支原体肺炎患儿114例,随机均分为观察组(n=57)与对照组(n=57),观察组患儿给予中医辨证分型结合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组患儿则仅给予阿奇霉素治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效及血清CRP水平。结果:观察组患儿的临床症状改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两治疗组患者血清中的CRP水平与正常水平相比均偏高,但两组之间差异不显著;治疗后,两组患者血清中的CRP水平均显著降低,但观察组改善更显著,两组相比P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:采用中医辨证分型结合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎,能够显著改善患儿的临床症状,促进患儿身体康复,缩短住院时间,减少不良反应发生率情况,临床疗效显著,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation combined with azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods：114 cases of mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly selected from January 2015—2016 year in January in our hospital,were randomly divided into observation group（n=57）and control group（n=57）,the observation group were treated with TCM combined with azithromycin treatment,the control group were only given azithromycin treatment,clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The clinical symptoms of observation group improved significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）,the total efficiency of treatment was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TCM combined with Azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children,promote their physical rehabilitation,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction,clinical curative effect,is worth popularizing in clinical use.
