益气活血解毒方对晚期结肠癌患者血清炎症因子、免疫功能及不良反应影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on Serum Inflammatory Factors,Immune Function and Adverse Reaction of Patients with Advanced Colon Cancer

目的:研究益气活血解毒方对晚期结肠癌患者血清炎症因子、免疫功能及不良反应的影响。方法:选取本院2009年6月—2014年6月在院外科及肿瘤科收治的结肠癌患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后接受FOLFOX-4化疗,观察组术后接受益气活血解毒方联合FOLFOX-4化疗,观察两组患者化疗过程中的不良反应,测定化疗前后炎症因子水平及免疫功能指标。结果:两组患者治疗前TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平对比无明显差异,具有可比性,治疗后观察组患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平分别为(15.8±2.4)、(4.5±0.9)、(5.2±0.6)明显低于对照组患者,差异显著,具有统计学意义,P<0.05;治疗后,对照组患者外周血中CD3^+CD4+CD8-细胞、CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+细胞、CD19^+细胞、CD3-CD56+细胞的含量以及血清Ig M、Ig A、Ig G的含量显著低于化疗前(P<0.05),观察组患者外周血中CD3^+CD4+CD8-细胞、CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+细胞、CD19^+细胞、CD3-CD56+细胞的含量以及血清Ig M、Ig A、Ig G的含量与化疗前无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后外周血中CD3^+CD4+CD8-细胞、CD3^+CD4^-CD8^+细胞、CD19^+细胞、CD3-CD56+细胞的含量以及血清Ig M、Ig A、Ig G的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者在化疗过程中发生消化道反应、肝功能损伤、骨髓抑制、周围神经毒性、口腔黏膜损伤、脱发的例数均显著少于对照组。结论:益气活血解毒方辅助治疗能够减轻结肠癌根治术后FOLFOX-4化疗的毒副作用、改善免疫功能,降低炎症因子,是理想的辅助治疗药物。

Objective：To study the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction on serum inflammatory factors,immune function and adverse reaction of patients with advanced colon cancer. Methods：130 cases of colon cancer patients in department of general surgery in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2014,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group received FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy after surgery received Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction combined with FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy for the patients in the observation group,observe the adverse reactions during chemotherapy in the two groups before and after chemotherapy,determination of the level of inflammatory factors and immune function. Results：Before treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 levels compared no significant difference between the two groups,were comparable. After treatment,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 levels in the observation group were（15.8 ＋ 2.4）,（4.5 ＋ 0.9）,（5.2 ＋ 0.6）,was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05;after treatment,control in the patients with peripheral blood CD3^＋CD4^＋CD8^-cells,CD3^＋CD4^-CD8^＋ cells,CD19^＋ cells,CD3-CD56＋ cells and the content of serum Ig M,Ig A and Ig G were significantly lower than that before chemotherapy,the observation group（P〈0.05）content in peripheral blood of patients with CD3^＋CD4^＋CD8^-cells,CD3^＋CD4^-CD8^＋ cells,CD19^＋ cells,CD3-CD56＋ cells and the content of serum Ig M,and chemotherapy Ig A Ig G,the former had no significant difference（P〈0.05）;with peripheral blood CD3^＋CD4^＋CD8^-cells,CD3^＋CD4^-CD8^＋ cells,CD19^＋ cells and CD3^-CD56^＋ cells of the patients in the observation group after treatment The amount and the content of serum Ig M,Ig A and Ig G were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）;the number of cases in the group of patients with gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression,liver damage,peripheral neurotoxicity,oral mucosa damage,hair loss in the course of chemotherapy were significantly less than the control group. Conclusion：Adjuvant therapy of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Decoction can reduce the toxic and side effects,improve the immune function and reduce the inflammatory factors of FOLFOX-4 chemotherapy after radical operation of colon cancer,and it is an ideal auxiliary therapeutic drug.
