临床护理路径在针灸治疗强迫症患者护理中的应用

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Nursing Care of Patients with Obsessive-compulsive Disorder Treated by Acupuncture

目的:探讨临床护理路径在针灸治疗强迫症患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取强迫症患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组给予心理干预,研究组在对照组基础上配合临床护理路径;比较两组临床护理效果、知识掌握情况,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表(Y-BOCS)分别于护理前后对两组患者心理状况进行评估。结果:研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组HAMA、HAMD、YBOCS评分显著低于护理前(P<0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疾病知识、营养饮食、安全管理、活动与睡眠、药物知识评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径配合心理干预用于针灸治疗强迫症患者护理中,能够明显改善强迫症状,提高护理效果。

Objective：To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder treated by acupuncture.Methods：A total of 60 cases of obsessive-compulsive disorder were selected as the research object,and were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was given psychological intervention,and the study group was cooperated with the clinical nursing path on the basis of the control group.The effects of two groups′ clinical nursing effects,the mastery of knowledge were compared.The Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）,Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）,Yale Brown YBOCS（Y-BOCS） were used to evaluate respectively before and after the nursing of two groups of patients psychological status.Results：The clinical total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.After nursing intervention,two groups′ HAMA,HAMD and Y-BOCS scores were significantly lower than those before the intervention（P〈0.05）,and the study group′s was significantly lower than the control group′s（P〈0.05）.The study group′s disease knowledge,nutrition,safety management,activity and sleep,drug knowledge scores were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical nursing pathway combined with psychological intervention can improve the compulsive symptoms and improve the nursing effect in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder with acupuncture.
