文章在分析科技创新相关理论的基础上,对我国欠发达地区科技创新的认识误区进行辨析,提出了欠发达地区并不会因为科技资源短缺而影响其科技创新的观点。并针对目前我国欠发达地区科技创新中存在的一些突出问题,提出了若干发展建议。

Based on the analysis of the relevant theory of science and technology innovation,this paper analyzes the misunderstanding of science and tech- nology innovation in less - developed regions in China, and makes a point that the shortage of science and technology resources will not affect their science and technology innovation. And aiming at the prominent problems in the science and technology innovation of less - developed regions in China, the paper puts forward several development proposals.
