Ollman＇s Dialectics of Internal Relations can overcome the defects that are fracture, static and simplification in the Searle＇s theoretical framework of institutional facts. The ＂Clear Water Green Mountain＂ and ＂Gold Mountain Silver Mountain＂ should be taken as a whole, which means the internal relations between them are the part of their nature.
