摘要
钢轨焊接接头的质量直接影响着机车行车安全。本文主要对铺设无缝线路焊接中的闪光焊、气压焊、铝热焊三种焊接工艺的性质、原理以及相应的优缺点进行了比较说明,指出了它们的主要应用场合以及焊后缺陷的类型及原因,并提出了减少焊接缺陷的应对措施。
The quality of rail welded joint directly affects the safety of locomotive running. Properties, principles and corresponding advantages and disadvantages of three welding processes (flash welding, gas pressure welding and aluminum heat welding) on seamless lines were mainly compared and explained. Their main applications, and types and causes of defects after welding were pointed out. And the measures to reduce welding defects were put forward.
