磨煤机双金属辊套外层金属卧式离心铸造的充型及凝固规律 被引量:4

摘要 使用ProCAST铸造模拟软件对磨煤机双金属辊套外层的卧式离心铸造充型和凝固过程进行了数值模拟,获得了锥形结构和圆柱形结构的磨煤机辊套外层金属的充型和凝固过程。对不同工艺条件下圆柱形辊套的充型过程进行了研究,探讨了铸型转速、浇注温度对卧式离心铸造充型及凝固过程的影响。结果表明:不同结构辊套的金属充型和凝固过程有很大的区别。圆柱形辊套的金属熔体以螺旋形充填型腔,而锥形辊套的金属熔体首先充填型腔两端,然后同时向中间推进。提高铸型转速有利于实现金属熔体的连续浇注,缩短充填时间;较高的浇注速度有利于充型过程的逐层充填。 The mold filling and solidification of the outer layer of roller sleeve for coal grinding mill produced by horizontal centrifugal casting process were simulated by using ProCAST simulation software. The filling and solidification process of the roller sleeve with conical structure and cylindrical structure was obtained. The filling process of the cylindrical roller sleeve under different technological parameters was studied, and the effects of the mold rotational speed and pouring temperature on the mold filling and solidification process of horizontal centrifugal casting process were discussed. The results show that the filling and solidification process of different roller sleeve structures is very different. The metal liquid of the cylindrical roller sleeve fills with spiral shape, and the metal liquid of the conical roller sleeve firstly fills the two ends of the cavity, and then pushes furward into the middle. Increasing the mold rotational speed is helpful to realize the continuous casting of metal liquid and shortens the filling time. The high pouring speed is beneficial for layer by layer filling.
