摘要
GH3230合金环件用于航空航天发动机燃烧室等关键部位。本文介绍了GH3230合金环形件成形工艺过程,并研究了单向镦粗和多向锻造两种工艺对GH3230环形件组织和性能的影响。结果表明:采用多向锻造生产的环形件,晶粒组织更加均匀,碳化物带状组织消失,力学性能更加稳定。
GH3230 alloy tings are used for key parts of aerospace engine combustion chamber. The forming process of GH3230 alloy ring was introduced. And the effects of two processes (unidirectional upsetting and multi-directional forging) on microstructure and properties of GH3230 alloy ring were studied. The results show that grains of ring parts produced by multi-directional forging are more uniform, carbide banded microstructure disappears, and mechanical properties are stabler.
