摘要 对小型杆系桁架结构的30CrMniA钢小直径薄壁管子进行了焊接工艺试验。通过焊接工艺试验可知:手工氩弧焊填丝H18CrMoA工艺的焊缝质量高,焊缝成形美观,焊接收缩量小,结构应力状态均衡,抗拉、弯曲性能满足要求。该技术已成功用于1mm厚小直径发动机机架中。从焊接顺序、焊后振动时效消应力处理控制机架焊接变形,机架对接面的平面度在0.2~0.5 mm范围内。 The welding tests of small diameter thin wall 30CrMnSiA steel pipe in minitype bar system truss structure were carried out. The welding test results show that the process of manual argon arc filling welding with H 18CrMoA wire can get high quality of welded joint. The weld forming is good, the welding shrinkage is small, the structural stress is steady, and the tensile strength and bending property meet the demands. The technology has been successfully used in the lmm thick small diameter engine frame. The welding deformation of the frame is controlled by selecting appropriate welding sequence and postweld vibration stress relief treatment, and the planeness of junction is at the range of 0.2-0.5 mm.
