摘要
对航天发动机用1 mm薄壁件(材料包括不锈钢1Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr21Ni5Ti及高温合金GH3044)焊缝进行了焊后碾压技术处理,对比了焊缝碾压前后的焊缝平整度、残余应力、焊缝质量及力学性能的变化。试验结果表明:焊缝碾压技术可有效提高航天发动机用薄壁件焊缝区域的平整度,提高了焊接接头的强度,有效降低焊缝内部的焊接残余应力。
The welds of 1 mm thin-walled parts of space engine with materials including stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr21Ni5Ti and high temperature alloy GH3044 were treated by roiling technology after welding, and the weld flatness, residual stess, weld quality and mechanical properties before and after weld rolling were compared. The experimental results show that the weld rolling technology can improve the weld flateness and the tensile strength of welded joint, reduce the residual stress of the weld.
