摘要
采用搅拌摩擦焊对6063铝合金进行了对接焊试验,借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、万能拉伸机对焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:当旋转速度为880 r/min,焊接速度在60~105 mm/min范围变化,其他参数一定时,均能获得成型美观、性能良好的对接接头;当焊接速度为80 mm/min时,接头的抗拉强度最高,为212.7MPa,达到母材强度的74.9%;焊缝的整体断裂形式为以韧性断裂为主的韧/脆混合型断裂。
The butt welding tests of 6063 aluminum alloy were carried out by using friction stir welding, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints were analyzed by means of optical microscope, universal tensile testing machine and scanning electron microscope. The results show that when the tool's rotational speed is 880 r/min, the welding speed is in 60-105 mm/min and the other parameters are constant, the butt joints with beautiful appearance and good performance can be obtained. When the welding speed is 80 mm/min, the ultimate tensile strength is the maximum, which is 212.7 MPa, and it reaches 74.9 % that of of base metal. The overall fracture form of the weld is ductile and brittle mixed fracture dominated by ductile fracture.
