沃尼妙林抑制脂多糖诱导的Balb/c小鼠急性肺损伤TLR4和CD14的分子表达

摘要 为了探究沃尼妙林对脂多糖(LPS)诱导的急性肺损伤(ALI)Balb/c小鼠肺组织中TLR4和CD14表达的影响,试验运用Real time-PCR和Western-blot方法检测LPS诱导的Balb/c小鼠ALI肺组织中TLR4和CD14的表达水平。结果表明:与空白组相比,沃尼妙林处理ALI的Balb/c小鼠肺组织中TLR4和CD14的mRNA和蛋白表达水平均显著性降低(P<0.05);随着沃尼妙林剂量的升高,其差异显著性增强。说明沃尼妙林能够抑制LPS诱导的Balb/c小鼠ALI肺组织中TLR4和CD14的分子表达。 To investigate the effect of valnemulin in the process which LPS induces the expression of TLR4 and CD14 in the routine ALL With the methods of Real time PCR and Western - blot to detecte the expression of TLR4 and CD14 in ALI Balb/c mice. The experiment showed that valnemulin could obviously reduce mRNA and protein levels of TLR4 and CD14 in the murine ALI( P 〈 0.05 ) ; compared with LPS -induced group, with the increace of valnemulin dosage, the differences significantly enhanced. The results indicated that valnemulin had anti - inflamma- tory properties on LPS -induced acute injury,and could significantly suppress the expression of TLR4 and CD14 in the LPS- induced Balb/c murine ALL
