摘要
为了分离小鼠睾丸支持细胞并进行鉴定,试验采用胶原酶、透明质酸酶和胰蛋白酶分步消化法分离小鼠睾丸支持细胞,用细胞免疫荧光染色鉴定细胞。结果表明:在分离培养的细胞中,支持细胞占培养细胞的95%以上。说明试验成功分离和鉴定了小鼠睾丸支持细胞。
A study was conducted to obtain isolation and identification of mouse testis testieular Sertoli cells. Collagenase, hyaluronidase and trypsin were sequentially used to prepare Sertoli cells of mouse testicular. The cells were identifiedby immunofluorescenee staining. The results showed that more than 95% of Sertoli cells were obtained from the isolated and cultured cells. It was concluded that the method had isolated and identified mouse testis testicular Sertoli cells successfully.
