摘要
为了探讨不同因素对枇杷叶荚蒾叶片黄酮提取率的影响,试验采用单因素和正交试验方法对枇杷叶荚蒾叶片总黄酮的提取工艺进行研究。在单因素试验基础上选取固液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间4个因素进行正交试验,并以总黄酮得率为考察指标。结果表明:影响枇杷叶荚蒾叶片黄酮提取的因素按主次顺序是固液比>乙醇浓度>提取温度>提取时间。枇杷叶荚蒾叶片黄酮较优的工艺参数为:固液比1∶30,乙醇浓度60%,提取时间1.0 h,提取温度40℃,在此条件下黄酮提取率最大,为8.86%。
To explore the effect of different factors on extraction rate of total flavonoids from Viburnum rhytidophyllum, single factor test and orthogonal test were used for the study on the extraction technology of the flavonoids. On the basis of the results from single factor test, four factors including solid - liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and duration were optimized for orthogonal test. The results showed that the effect order of the four factors was followed : solid - liquid ratio 〉 ethanol concentration 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction duration. The optimal condition for total flavonoids extraction from Viburnum rhytidophyllum was below:solid -liquid ratio of 1:30, ethanol concentration of 60%, extraction duration of 1.0 h and extraction temperature of 40 ℃ and under this condition the flavonoids extraction efficiency was up to 8.86%.
