钢绞线截面应力精细化分析 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究外荷载作用下钢绞线截面应力的真实分布规律,利用微分几何理论进行钢绞线的几何建模.模型采用20节点SOLID95单元,一端固定,另一端施加轴向均布荷载.采用库伦模型考虑钢丝之间摩擦对于钢绞线的影响,采用TARGE170和CONTA174单元进行摩擦分析.研究结果表明,当不考虑摩擦时,钢绞线截面等效应力中间小,外层大,呈扇形分布;钢绞线轴向应力相差不大,基本呈均匀分布.当考虑摩擦作用时,截面等效应力分布发生变化,各钢丝接触面上的等效应力值最大,中心钢丝等效应力次之,外层钢丝等效应力最小.进一步与已有文献实验结果进行对比,验证了该文分析结果的有效性. The geometrical model was established by using differential geometrical theory in order to analyze the distribution of steel strand section stress. The twenty-node solid95 element was used. All the numerical analysis of the steel strand models were performed with one end clamped and the other submitted to a distributed load. The TARGE170 element and CONTA174 element were used considering the influence of friction on the steel strand section stress. The steel strands were analyzed by ANSYS with penalty algorithm. Results indicate that when the influence of friction is ignored, the Von Mises equivalent stress of steel strand section is fan-shaped distributed, and it increases as the increment of the radial distance from center of strand. The axial stress of steel strand is nearly equally distributed. The distribution of Von Mises equivalent stress changes a lot because of the influence of friction. The contact area has the maximal value, decreases as the increment of the radial distance from center of strand. The axial stress has almost no change, except the contact area. the results obtained by the finite element model were proved to be valid compared with the available experimental data.
