摘要
使用端异氰酸酯基聚醚型聚氨酯(PU)改性环氧树脂(EP),制备了一款双组分聚氨酯改性环氧结构胶粘剂,并测试了其力学性能。结果表明,使用聚氨酯改性环氧树脂结构胶粘剂,随聚氨酯链段含量的增加,其断裂伸长率和冲击强度均明显提高,可达未改性的2倍多。同时,胶粘剂的硬度和拉伸强度降低,玻璃化转变温度提高。
The two component epoxy structural adhesive was prepared with epoxy resins modified by isocyanateterminated polyether polyurethane, and the mechanical properties were tested. The results showed that the elongation at break and impact strength of the polyurethane modified epoxy structural adhesive were enhanced as the PU segment content increased. They can be two times of that of the non-modified adhesive. However, the hardness and tensile strength reduced and the Tg increased.
