作为FPC的关键材料之一,FCCL的质量对其应用和发展起着至关重要的作用。而在FCCL的组成中,粘接铜箔和绝缘基膜的胶粘剂是唯一未实现工业标准化的产品,它直接决定FCCL性能的好坏。本文就国内外各种FCCL研究和应用中常见的胶粘剂进行了分类介绍,并展望了今后的发展方向。

The quality of flexible copper clad laminates （FCCLs） as one of the critical materials of flexible printed circuit board （FPC） has a important effect on the application and development of FPCs. And in the composition of FCCL, the adhesive for bonding between copper foil and base polymer insulation film is only product to unrealize the industrial standardization. The research progress of various adhesives in the research and application of FCCL at home or abroad were classified and reviewed, and the future development directions were also prospected.
