摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀钙对无症状性颈内动脉中度狭窄患者血流动力学、血IL-6、TNF-α、SOD、MDA及ox-LDL的作用。方法:选择2014年7月至2015年3月我院确诊的无症状性颈内动脉中度狭窄患者作为观察组,无颈动脉狭窄的健康者为对照组,各50例。采用CDFI检测观察组服药前及服药后6个月、12个月颈内动脉及颈总动脉的PSV、EDV,PSV_(ICA)/PSV_(CCA),检测观察组患者服药前及服药12个月后和对照组血IL-6、TNF-α、MDA、SOD、ox-LDL水平的变化。结果:观察组服药12个月后与服药前比较PSV、EDV、PSV_(ICA)/PSV_(CCA)显著降低(P<0.01)。观察组血IL-6、TNF-α、MDA、ox-LDL较对照组明显升高(P<0.01),SOD水平降低(P<0.01)。观察组服药12个月与服药前比较血IL-6、TNF-α、MDA、ox-LDL较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),SOD水平明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:阿托伐他汀钙能改善无症状性颈内动脉中度狭窄患者病变血管内血流动力学,减轻狭窄程度,其作用机制与抑制炎性因子的生成及抗氧化作用有关。
Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on hemodynamic and IL-6,TNF-α,MDA,SOD of serum in patients with symptomless internal carotid artery moderate narrow. Methods :Patients with symptomless internal carotid artery moderate narrow were selected from our hospital during July 2014 to March 2015 was patient group,non-internal carotid artery narrow was normal control group,50 cases in each group. The peak systolic velocity(PSV) and end diastolic velocity(EDV) of internal carotid artery(ICA) and common carotid artery (CCA) were dected by CDFI before and at 6,12 moths after taking drug in patient group.The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6),tomar necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), malonaldyde ( MDA ) and oxidized lowdensity liportein (ox-LDL) in serum were detected in normal control group and before and at 12months after taking drug in patient group. Results:Compared with before takeing drug the PSV, EDV, PSVIJPSVcca significantly decreased at 12months after takeing drug in patient group.Compared with normal control group the serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, MDA, ox-LDL significantly increased (P〈O.01), and the level of SOD decreased (P〈0.01).The levels of IL-6, TNF-α, MDA, ox -LDL at 12 months after taking drug were significantly lower and SOD higher than those before taking in patient group(P〈0.01 ).Conclusion: Atorvastatin can improve the hemodynamic in the abnormal vessels and alleviate the grade of narrow in symptomless internal carotid artery moderate narrow patients.It's mechanisms may relate to suppress the production of inflammation fator and elevate the antioxygen effect.
