The main characteristics of joint location and bead arrangements both within auto-production line and for individual autoCO<sub>2</sub>/MAG welding unit are introduced through the charts and tables. In the detail analysis,the generalities of characters are deduced from investigations to welding process, mechanical design and electrical controlling techniques.
