摘要
通过对Zr-4合金脉冲钨极氩弧焊接的力学性能、腐蚀性能以及断口组织的研究,并与直流TIG焊进行比较,得出两种焊接方法的接头性能均能满足核反应堆的使用要求。低频脉冲TIG焊接头有更优良的力学性能,是Zr-4合金TIG焊最有前途的方法。
The mechanical properties, the corrosion behaviour and the fractograph of Zr-4 alloy joint welded with pulse TIG process are studied and compared with joint welded with DC TIG process. The results show that the mechanical properties of weldcd joints welded with both DC and pulse TIG process entircly fulfill the requirement for nuclear reactor uses. But the joint welded with low frequency pulse TIG process possesses more superior mechanical properties and it is a prospective method for Zr-4 alloy welding.
