借鉴IAEA安全标准体系完善我国核与辐射安全法规标准体系

Referring to IAEA System to Improve Chinese Standards System on Nuclear and Radiation Safety

借鉴现行国际原子能机构的安全标准体系,建立和完善适合我国核与辐射安全标准体系,是保证我国核工业和核技术利用可持续发展的一项长期的基础性工作。本文对我国当前存在的主题问题进行了分析,同时提出一些健全和发展我国核与辐射安全标准体系的建议。

Referring to the standards system of IAEA,to build and improve the Chinese standards system of nuclear and radiation safety is a long term infrastructure work and an assurance to keep sustainable development of nuclear industry and nuclear technology application in China.The paper analyses the current main problem,and gives some suggestions on developing and improving the system.
