摘要
以沙棘籽提取物为主体,复配沙棘油、紫苏籽油进行组方,以沙棘原花青素为标志性成分,按人群推荐摄入量为每人每天3 g,确定摄入剂量为0.05 g/kg BW(成人体重均值以60 kg计)。按照人群推荐日摄入量的10、20、30倍设置低、中、高3个剂量组(即0.5 g/kg BW、1.0 g/kg BW、1.5 g/kg BW),对SPF级昆明种小鼠连续灌胃30 d,以溶血液中MDA含量、溶血液GSH-PX活力、肝匀浆中GSH含量为评价指标,各剂量组分别与阴性对照组和溶媒对照组比较。结果显示,高剂量组小鼠10%肝匀浆中还原性GSH含量显著升高,1%溶血液中MDA含量显著减少,1%溶血液中GSH-PX活力显著升高。试验表明,以沙棘籽提取物为主体的配方产品具有抗氧化作用。
With seabuckthorn seed extract as the main body, compound with seabuckthorn procyanidins, perilla seed oil formula, sea buckthorn procyanidins as iconic composition, according to the crowd is recommended intake per day for 3 g, to determine the dosage is 0.05 g/kg BW (adult weight average at 60 kg).In accordance with the recommended daily intake of crowd 10, 20, 30 times set high, medium and low three dose groups (i.e., 0.5 g/kg BW, 1.0 g/kg BW, 1.5 g/kg BW), continuous lavage for SPF kunming mice to 30 d, to dissolve the MDA content in blood and dissolving blood gsh-px activity, content of GSH in liver homogenate as evaluation index, each dose group compared with negative con- trol group and solvent control group respectively. The results showed that the reduced GSH content in the high-dose group was significantly higher in 10% of the hepatic homogenate, and the content of MDA in 1% dissolved blood was significantly decreased, and the gsh-px activity in 1% dissolved blood was significantly increased. The experiment shows that the formula with the extract of the seed extract is antioxidative.
